Special waterproof seal ring with a dustproof structure providing better high temperature and wear resistance. Improved dimensional end testing to ensure end play meets OE standards. Abs sensor testing eliminates connection problems. Metallurgy testing eliminates metal fatigue. Inner/Outer ring and flange is produced of premium grade high carbon steel is used to provide good mechanical properties and improve bearing performance. Contains surface hardened bearings highly resistant to premature wear and scratching which improves service life. Majority of hubs utilize a orbital roll-formed design which applies pre-load to enhance performance and decrease failure. The spindle is rolled over the top of the bearing and bearings are pre-loaded during roll-form process at the assembly stage to ensure that then axle nut can no longer be over-tightened.
