How to read our catalog listings and product images, what brand terms like OE and Aftermarket mean, and what happens when a price or listing is wrong.

01Product Descriptions & Catalog Information
US Automotives makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, part numbers, specifications, applications, cross-references and other catalog information.
Manufacturers may occasionally revise:

Material product specifications and compatibility remain important regardless of changes to non-material packaging or appearance.
02Product Images
Product photographs and illustrations displayed on USAutomotives.com may include actual product photographs, manufacturer-supplied images, catalog images or representative images.
Manufacturers may change packaging, labels, colors, markings or other non-material visual characteristics without notice.
Accordingly, the product or packaging received may occasionally appear different from the image displayed on the website while remaining the correct product.
Product images should not be interpreted as a guarantee of a particular package design, label design, color, production date or other non-material visual characteristic unless specifically stated in the product description.
US Automotives will not intentionally substitute a materially different product for the product purchased without appropriate customer authorization.
03Genuine, OE, OEM & Aftermarket Products
US Automotives sells products from a variety of manufacturers and suppliers.
Descriptions such as Genuine, OE, OEM, Original Equipment Supplier, or Aftermarket are intended to describe the applicable product and should be interpreted according to the information provided for that specific product.
US Automotives does not intend to represent that a manufacturer supplies or supplied an original vehicle manufacturer unless there is a reasonable basis for that representation.
Customers should refer to the individual product listing for the brand and product being purchased.
04Third-Party Trademarks, Brand Names & Logos
All third-party trademarks, service marks, trade names, manufacturer names, vehicle manufacturer names, product names, logos and other brand identifiers displayed on USAutomotives.com are the property of their respective owners.
Third-party names and marks may be used to identify, describe, market or provide information about products legitimately offered for sale by US Automotives.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the appearance of a third-party trademark, brand name or logo on USAutomotives.com does not, by itself, imply sponsorship, endorsement, ownership or affiliation.
Nothing on USAutomotives.com is intended to claim ownership by US Automotives of intellectual property belonging to a third party.
05Pricing, Typographical & Catalog Errors
US Automotives makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate prices, inventory information, descriptions, specifications, promotions and catalog information.
Occasionally, errors may occur.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, US Automotives reserves the right to correct errors and to cancel or decline an order affected by a material pricing, inventory or catalog error before fulfillment.
If payment has already been collected for an order that US Automotives cancels, the applicable amount will be refunded.
